| Bitches in season are permitted to enter, but consideration must be shown to other exhibitors. Only entries received by e-mail before the closing date, accompanied by EFT proof of payment of the correct entry fee, will be accepted. Please take note of the circumstances warranting immediate disqualification and exclusion as set out in the above-mentioned document. Dog droppings, whether in the ring or beyond, at the show venue, must be promptly cleared and properly disposed of. Attendees shall refrain from littering, and will be expected to tidy and clear their seating area around the ring before leaving the show venue precinct. A food vendor will be present during the show, please come and support them. N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date. | |||
