| All entrants must be present at least 30 minutes before judging. Eligibility of dogs: All dogs must be registered with Kennel Union of Southern Africa (KUSA). BH-VT participants to bring a copy of their dog/s KUSA registration in order to receive a workbook. IGP participants to present their workbook on the day. | |||

| Bitches in season are permitted to compete. However, handlers of bitches in season must report to the judge on arrival. (Bitch to remain in the car/trailer until judge authorises otherwise. They will be judged after all other dogs have completed their trial). Refreshments: Please bring your own refreshments and water for your dogs. ROTEK GSD CLUB of NA reserves the right to appoint alternative Judges. Entry fee is inclusive of K.U.S.A. Levy & Vat thereon. | |||
