| • All exhibitors are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times. • Handlers shall be personally liable for any claims which may be made in respect of injuries, which may arise or be caused by their dogs. • The NSHA Open Show is run in accordance with KUSA rules and regulations. • The Club will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred to persons or property on our show grounds. • All dogs must be kept on leash at all times when not competing. • The Club has the right to appoint an alternative Judge if she is unable to keep her appointment. • Please remember to bring your dog’s record cards and rabies certificates. • Dogs under the age of 18 months may not compete in agility. • Dogs under the age of 14 months may not compete in dog jumping. • Bitches in season are allowed to compete • Right of admission reserved. | |||
