| AWARD RIBBONS: NRA Floating trophies & show awards will be presented to: Best in Show, Best Baby Puppy, Reserve Best in Show, Best Puppy, Best Junior, Best Veteran and Best Neuter. Please note that only Club Members are permitted to take NRA floating trophies home. PLEASE NOTE: 1. No dogs under twelve (12) months of age will qualify for a “V†grading. 2. Entries postmarked on or prior to the closing date will be accepted provided that they are received within five (5) days of the closing date. Late entries will be returned. Entries without proof of payment, marked RAF or TAF will not be accepted. Only correctly completed official KUSA show entry forms (01.01.2025) will be accepted. 3. VETERANS (VE) for dogs of any age specified in the Show Schedule but not less than seven years of age on the day of the Show. 4. WORKING DOG CLASS (WD) for dogs with any of the following minimum qualifications Class A, CD, IGP 1, BWT or TT 2/ITT 2. A copy of the record card must accompany the entry form. 5. NEUTERED DOG (ND) for dogs of any age that have been castrated for any reason whatsoever. 6. This show will be held under the rules and regulations of KUSA. Your attention is drawn to Schedule 3 and 5E(21). 7. The Committee reserves the right to appoint alternate officials should those advertised be unable to officiate. The Committee also reserves the right to limit the number of Breed Assessment entries. 8. Puppies under four (4) months of age are not eligible for competition. 9. No dogs may enter the ring before being positively identified by microchip. Remember to include your dog's microchip number on your entry form. 10. Entry numbers will not be posted and can be collected on the day of the show. Please send a self addressed stamped postcard / envelope if you wish to be sent confirmation of receipt of entries. 11. No animal other than an exhibit entered for competition or for exhibit shall be permitted within the precincts of a show except registered Guide Dogs for the blind, Hearing Dogs for the deaf and dogs requested for educational and instructional purposes or by the permission of the show holding club. 12. All exhibitors / handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claim which may be made in respect of injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs. 13. Bitches in season may compete in the above breed classes. The mating of bitches within the precincts of the show is forbidden. 14. If any dog is exhibited which has been knowingly exposed to the risk of any contagious or infectious disease during the period of six (6) weeks prior to exhibition; or if any dog at a Show should be found to be suffering from any contagious or infectious disease, including any reaction to immunization, or is found to be unfit for exhibition from any other cause, the exhibitor thereof shall be liable to be dealt with under Rule 2 Disciplinary Rules (Schedule 1). | |||
