AWC: Entry fee: R350 per dog, entries close 15 April 2026. Non-refundable Deposit: in order to compete at this event, and be considered eligible for the South African team, a deposit must be paid by 15 May 2026. R6000 for the first dog and R3000 per dog thereafter. If payment is made via a cash deposit please add the additional amount required to cover the bank charges See below for NFC fee

Dogs competing in the KUSA AWC Trials for the FCI AWC will run in the same rounds as above, plus have the additional Contact agility round on Friday afternoon. Final Prize giving will take place approximately 30 minutes after the final round. The show will be conducted under the rules and regulations of K.U.S.A. with particular reference to schedule 5L and 5L appendix D. The KUSA AWC Team’s qualifiers will be announced after the final round, however the final KUSA AWC team will only be announced 2 weeks after the Trials are completed. Cancellation Fee if team member withdraws after announcement of team. Once the team has been announced any team member who subsequently withdraws will incur a R4,000 cancellation fee, as per 5L Appendix C, levied by the AWC Working Group. Should the handler be able to provide a justifiable reason to the withdrawal after this date this cancellation may be reduced by the AWC Working Group at the AWC Working Group’s discretion. The show will be conducted under the rules and regulations of KUSA. with reference to schedule 5L and 5L appendix C. Take note that dogs must be in Agility Contact 2 with a qualification before the start of this event and have submitted all the relevant documentation by 15 May 2026 to be eligible to compete in the KUSA AWC Trials. Only pedigree registered dogs are eligible to compete for the KUSA AWC Team. (FCI recognised breeds). All entrants must submit their complete documentation package to TLSouthafrica@gmail.com by Thursday 15 May 2026. Note that it must be 100% complete at least 24 hours before the commencement of the KUSA AWC Trials, otherwise the handler will not be eligible to compete and their deposit will be refunded in full. The documentation package must include copies of the following in pdf format only (smallest file size). Each of the documents should be submitted individually with clearly labelled file names that include the name of the relevant dog (e.g., TitreCert_Buster, RabiesCert_Buster). • Valid Rabies Titre Certificate • Valid Rabies Vaccination Certificate • Valid 5 in 1 Vaccination Certificate • Dog’s Microchip Registration Certificate • Dog’s Record Card with at least one (1) qualification in Contact Agility 2 • Dog’s KUSA Certificate of Registration and Certified Pedigree • Proof of the handler’s and owner’s KUSA membership that must be current • Handler’s Passport with at least two (2) clear pages and the expiry date must be more than six (6) months after the last day of the FCI AWC. • Any additional requirements that may be requested by the Committee of the hosting country. • PLEASE NOTE: Should any of the above items expire between the KUSA AWC Trials and the FCI AWC Event, the onus is on the owner and/or the handler of the dog to renew them. Failure to do so may result in the dog being withdrawn from the KUSA AWC Team. Files of incorrect type, incorrectly named, or that are illegible, will not be accepted.
