| Provisional running orders for all Shows will be posted on the official Exhibitor WhatsApp Group 24 hours after closing date for all queries to be resolved. Cut-off for queries COB Thursday, 23rd May, 2024. Final running orders will be posted on Friday, 24th May, 2024, on Exhibitor WhatsApp Group. No changes to any running orders will be made once final orders have been published. If you miss your allocated slot, you will run at the end of the Class and this must be pre-arranged with the respective Judge and a valid reason must be given for missing the allocated slot. Please note the Scribes table is only to be used by the scribe and judge, do not approach the table for running orders. | |||

| Bitches in season may only be exhibited in Agility and Dog Jumping at all events and exhibitors must exercise due consideration towards other exhibits. No Camping is allowed at the venue. No open fires will be permitted. Benching will be permitted from 14h00 on Wednesday, 29th May 2024, provided the rings are set up – confirmation will be communicated via the Exhibitors WhatsApp Group as per link above. Emergency areas must be kept clear at all times. These areas will be clearly demarcated and also indicated on the ring plan. No gazebos or benching allowed in emergency areas. All exhibitors, owners/handlers/agents of dogs are advised that they and any exhibit entered in any event over the KUSA Classic Weekend may be photographed for, by, and/or on behalf of, KUSA, for the use and possible publication of such photographs by KUSA. A special area for the taking of photographs will be provided outside the ring. The KUSA website, KUSA Classic 2024 Facebook Page and KUSA Classic 2024 WhatsApp Groups are the only communication media officially recognised by the Show Committee. Public catering will be provided at all Shows and events.
