Course Walking Handlers are expected to be at their ring when marshalled in order to ensure the timeous running of the individual Shows. This may mean that handlers have to walk more than one course before competing with their dog/s in any/all of the rings. There will only be ONE course walk allowed, if you are competing in a different discipline, please ensure that you make arrangements to attend all the course walks. Running Orders Provisional running orders for all Shows will be posted on the official Exhibitor WhatsApp Group 48 hours after closing date for all queries to be resolved. If you miss your allocated slot, you will run at the end of the Class and this must be pre-arranged with the respective Judge and a valid reason must be given for missing the allocated slot. Please note the Scribes table is only to be used by the scribe and judge, do not approach the table for running orders. LEVELS FOR ENTRY The FCI hosts Agility and Jumping (not Agility Contact and Agility Non-Contact), i.e. FCI AGILITY – is similar to our KUSA AGILITY CONTACT and FCI JUMPING – is similar to our KUSA AGILITY NON-CONTACT. HOWEVER: The categories and Grades for both FCI AGILITY and FCI JUMPING are the same as those used for KUSA Agility, viz. Small, Medium, Intermediate and Large – Grades 1, 2 and 3 in each size category. INTERNATIONAL VS NATIONAL COMPETITION INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION: Open only to pedigreed dogs on the KUSA Breed Register (that have a KUSA Pedigree Certificate) and which are 24 months or older. FCI-C.A.C.I.A.G® is awarded only to International Winner of FCI Agility competition. No FCI-C.A.C.I.A.G® awarded in FCI Jumping KUSA QCs will be awarded as per normal KUSA rules. International dog may be awarded both the FCI-C.A.C.I.A.G® and KUSA QC. All entries into International Competition get automatic entry into the National Competition. NATIONAL COMPETITION: This is for all dogs/bitches (do not need to be pedigreed dogs on the KUSA Breed Register) and which are 18 months or older, however, all exhibits must have a KUSA Registration No. All entrants will only run ONCE in Agility and ONCE in Jumping on the day. That is, those pedigreed exhibits entered into both the International and National Competitions will only run in the International Competition. On completion of judging, the Show Administration will capture all times and results for the pedigreed dogs which participated in the National Competition, from the times and results of their runs in the International Competition. Only upon completion of judging will the results be announced and awards presented. REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY INTO INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION Please refer to FCI Agility Regulations 01.01.2023., Clause A.8.1 DOGS/BITCHES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR COMPETITION ARE: • Pregnant bitches • Dogs/bitches that are apparently ill, or hurt • Doped dogs/bitches Qualification/Certificate In Agility tests (including Agility/Jumping International and National) the following Qualification Certificates will be available on http://www.fci.be/results/IB.aspx 0 to 5,99 total faults EXCELLENT 6 to 15,99 total faults VERY GOOD 16 to 25,99 total faults GOOD more than 26 total faults NO QUALIFICATION ‘Total faults’ mean all the faults on the obstacles plus all the time faults. CERTIFICATES: FCI-C.A.C.I.A.G® CERTIFICATE This award is available for the International Agility Class only, to the Winner of Grade 3 in each height category, viz. Small, Medium, Intermediate & Large. The FCI-C.A.C.I.A.G ® can only be awarded to exhibits that have been graded “EXCELLENT†with a clear round and upon ratification by FCI. Title of "International Agility Champion" (C.I.AG.) To attain the “Int. Agility Champion†(C.I.AG.) (S-M-I-L) title the following requirements need to be met: • Dog must be registered with a Stud Book recognised by the FCI • Must have earned two (2) FCI-C.A.C.I.A.G® awards in two different countries under 2 different judges over a minimum period of one year and one day. • Must have been awarded a grading of "Good" or better in a Show sanctioned by the FCI. • Every Country will propose to the FCI its candidates for the title of International Agility Champion and will provide the relevant documents. | |||

| The FCI Show is held under the Rules of the FCI, which include the following: * The dogs’ welfare must be of utmost priority at all dog Shows. It is forbidden to expose a dog to a situation that can be dangerous for its health and welfare, such as leaving it in the car in excessively hot or cold weather and/or treating it in a cruel manner. Violation of this rule will result in exclusion from the present and future dog Shows. * The FCI Show is judged according to FCI Regulations. * Late entries (after the closing date) are not permitted. * No transfer by an exhibitor of a dog from one Class to another is permitted after the closing date. * If a dog behaves aggressively in the ring and its behaviour is eye-witnessed by the Judge on duty, the latter must submit a report for the attention of the Organising Committee and must disqualify the dog for the rest of the competition. All the awards and titles of the day are consequently cancelled. * Where FCI regulations are not covered, then KUSA Schedule 3 shall take effect. All the other Shows will be held according to the Rules and Regulations of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa. Please keep the grounds and bathrooms clean. When exercising your dogs, please clean up after them. Do not leave it for others or the ring stewards to do. No Camping is allowed at the venue. No open fires will be permitted. Benching will be permitted from 14h00 on Friday, 29th May 2026, provided the rings are set up – confirmation will be communicated via the Exhibitors WhatsApp Group as per link above. Emergency areas must be kept clear at all times. These areas will be clearly demarcated and also indicated on the ring plan. No gazebos or benching allowed in emergency areas. All exhibitors, owners/handlers/agents of dogs are advised that they and any exhibit entered in any event over the KUSA Classic Weekend may be photographed for, by, and/or on behalf of, KUSA, for the use and possible publication of such photographs by KUSA. A special area for the taking of photographs will be provided outside the ring. The KUSA website, KUSA Classic 2026 Facebook Page and KUSA Classic 2026 WhatsApp Groups are the only communication media officially recognised by the Show Committee. Public catering will be provided at all Shows and events. Bitches in season may only be exhibited in Agility. | |||
