| Starting times: Flyball: Warm-up: 07h30 - Start: 08h00 Dog Jumping: to follow Flyball but not before 09h00 Hoopers: to follow Dog Jumping but not before 11h00 Agility: Course Walking: 08h30 - Agility Contact first on the line: 09h00 Carting & Obedience: 09h00 Rally: 09h00 COURSE WALKING Handlers are expected to be at their ring when marshalled in order to ensure the timeous running of the individual Shows. This may mean that handlers have to walk more than one course before competing with their dog/s in any/all of the rings. There will only be ONE course walk allowed, if you are competing in a different discipline, please ensure that you make arrangements to attend all the course walks. RUNNING ORDERS Provisional running orders for all Shows will be posted on the official Exhibitor WhatsApp Group 48 hours after closing date for all queries to be resolved. Cut-off for queries COB Tuesday, 26th May, 2026. Final running orders will be posted on Thursday, 28th May, 2026, on Exhibitor WhatsApp Group. No changes to any running orders will be made once final orders have been published. If you miss your allocated slot, you will run at the end of the Class and this must be pre-arranged with the respective Judge and a valid reason must be given for missing the allocated slot. | Please take note of the following: • Only dogs with a KUSA Registration Number are eligible to enter Shows and those dogs which have been given showing dispensation by the KUSA Office for these Shows. • Only Members of the Kennel Union shall be entitled to enter dogs in their registered ownership in any Championship Dog Show licensed by the Kennel Union. • Exhibitor numbers can be collected from the Show Office. • Bitches in season may only be exhibited in Agility and Dog Jumping at all events and exhibitors must exercise due consideration towards other exhibits. • No animal other than an exhibit entered for competition or exhibition shall be allowed on the grounds, with the exception of registered guide dogs. • No late entries will be accepted. • No refunds of entry fees will be made for any errors whatsoever made by the owner/exhibitor/authorised agent. • All owners/exhibitors/authorised agents/handlers are advised that they and any exhibit entered in any event over the KUSA Classic Weekend may be photographed for, by, or on behalf of KUSA for the use and possible publication of such photograph by KUSA. A special area for the taking of photographs will be provided. • The Show Committee reserves the right to appoint alternative Judges; re-allocate Classes and advise all exhibits entered; or adjust the judging times prior to the Show, should the appointed Judges be unable to officiate, or receive too large or too small an entry. • The KUSA website, KUSA Classic 2026 Facebook Page and KUSA Classic 2026 WhatsApp Group are the only communication media officially recognised by the Show Committee. No Camping is allowed at the venue. No open fires will be permitted. Benching will be permitted from 14h00 on Friday, 29th May 2026, provided the rings are set up – confirmation will be communicated via the Exhibitors WhatsApp Group as per link above. Emergency areas must be kept clear at all times. These areas will be clearly demarcated and also indicated on the ring plan. No gazebos or benching allowed in emergency areas. Public catering will be provided at all Shows and events. | |||
