| N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date, unless communicated by the host club. Bitches in Season will be permitted in Breed only • Exhibits will be marked absent after being called 3 times. • Please note that, unless stated to the contrary, all breeds will judged in alphabetical order as listed in Appendix A of Schedule 2 of the KUSA Constitution. • No refunds for incorrect submission of entry fees and/or for any errors whatsoever made by the Owner/Exhibitor. • Breed entries received with no sex specified will be entered as a DOG. • All exhibitors/Handlers are personally responsible for the control of their dogs and shall be personally liable for any claims which may be made in respect of injury which may arise or be caused by their dogs. • This show is held under the Rules & Regulations of the Kennel Union of Southern Africa. • Bitches in Season will be permitted in Breed only. The mating of Bitches within the precincts of the Show is forbidden. • Exhibits to be on leads at all times unless otherwise instructed by the Judge. • The Committee reserves the right to appoint a new judge should the contracted judge be unable to officiate. • No animal other than an exhibit entered for competition or exhibition shall be allowed on the grounds, with the exception of registered guide dogs. • Conditions attracting immediate disqualification are set out in Schedule 3, Regulations 7 & 31. • Only Members of the Kennel Union shall be entitled to enter dogs in their registered ownership in any Championship Dog Show licenced by the Kennel Union. • Please use SHOW ASSIST TO ENTER | |||
