| All entrants must be present at least 30 minutes before judging. Eligibility of dogs: All dog must be registered with Kennel Union of Southern Africa (KUSA). BH-VT participants to bring a copy of their dog/s KUSA registration in order to receive a workbook. IGP participants to present their workbook on the day. | |||

| Bitches in season are permitted to compete. However, handlers of bitches in season must report to the judge on arrival. (Bitch to remain in the car/trailer until judge authorises otherwise. They will be judged after all other dogs have completed their trial). Please bring your own refreshments and water for your dogs. N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date. | |||
