| No refunds will be effected for incorrect submission of entry fees or any errors whatsoever made by the owner/exhibitor. Entries without proof of payment will not be processed OR emailed entries will be accepted only with simultaneous submission of proof of payment. Any incomplete or illegible entries or those unaccompanied by the correct fees will be returned to the exhibitor. If a Catalogue is required by an exhibitor, please ask for one and a fee will be charged for it to be printed. All QC’s will be issued electronically. All dogs are to be on lead throughout the duration of the show. Bitches in season will be allowed to compete in Agility only, however STRICT rules will apply if not adhered to you will be asked to leave. Please remember your dog’s RECORD CARDS AND RABIES & VACCINATION RECORDS. Dogs under 14 months of age are not permitted to enter Dog Jumping and dogs under 18 months of age are not permitted to enter Agility. Only members of the Kennel Union shall be entitled to enter dogs in their registered ownership in any Championship dog show licensed by the Kennel Union. N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date. | |||
