| Qualifying cards for dogs must be produced prior to the start of judging. New entrants who require cards must submit a copy of their dog’s registration certificate. Record cards must be available at the show at the request of the judge. Competitors requiring the issue of new cards must advise Show secretary in advance. Cards will be available on the day provided registration papers are produced. | |||

| Bitches in season will be permitted to compete. However, handlers of bitches in season are to report to the judge on arrival - Bitch to remain in the car/trailer until the judge authorizes otherwise.
