| All entrants must be present at least 30 minutes before judging commences. Workbooks for dogs must be produced prior to the start of judging. New entrants who require workbooks must submit a copy of their dog’s registration certificate to the club to receive a workbook that will be provided on the day. | |||

| Bitches in season are permitted to compete, it must be reported to the judge on arrival, and they will be judged after all the other dogs have competed. Please note that this is a self-catering event. N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date. | |||
