| STALLS: Commercial Stalls: Available @ R250 per day to be booked and paid before 22nd August, 2025. Incorporating the following Championship Shows: FS Terrier Club Show 2 and FS Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club !! No Vehicles will be permitted on the grounds – off loading only !! No Camping is allowed at the venue. No open fires will be permitted. Benching will be permitted from 14h00 on Friday, 29th August, 2025, provided the rings are set up – confirmation will be communicated via the Exhibitors WhatsApp Group as per link below. Emergency areas must be kept clear at all times. These areas will be clearly demarcated and also indicated on the ring plan. No gazebos or benching allowed in emergency areas. Photographs: All exhibitors, owners/handlers/agents of dogs are advised that they and any exhibit entered in any event over the Central Southern Africa Cluster Weekend may be photographed for, by, and/or on behalf of, Northern Free State KC, Bloemfontein KC and/or Kimberley KC, for the use and possible publication of such photographs by any of these Clubs. Due to time constraints, no posed photography will be permitted in the Main Ring. A special area for the taking of photographs will be provided outside the ring. The KUSA website and Bloemfontein Cluster Weekend 2025 WhatsApp Group are the only communication media officially recognised by the Show Committee. Catering: NG Kerk Jagersfontein. N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date | |||
