| Bitches in season are permitted to compete. However, handlers of bitches in season must report to the judge on arrival. (Bitch to remain in the car/trailer until judge authorises otherwise. They will be judged after all other dogs have completed their trial). Prizes will be awarded Conditions attracting immediate disqualification are set out in regulation 7 & 31 of Schedule 3 All entrants must be present at least 30 minutes before judging commence. Kindly bring your own refreshments N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date. | |||
