| Practice Times Warm up Thursday 12th June at the venue 13 June 2019 Tracking - All Classes - 07h00 14 June 2019 Obedience - All Classes - 09h00 15 June 2019 Protection - All Classes - 09h00 All protection work will be done in order of de-merit (lowest score will go first) Teams To be made up of no less than 2 or more than 5 members of a club, with all points added and devided by number of members in the team. Handlers and dogs may be part of more than one team provided they are a member of that club Format of Events: All tracking will be done on Friday All obedience will be done on Saturday All protection work will be done on Sunday All protection work will be done in order of de-merit (lowest total score will go first) IGP 1/2/AND MEISTERSCHAFT 3 will be separated for protection work Eligibility: Any dog may compete which is:- 3.1 of any breed which is registered in the Breed Registers of KUSA and whose eligibility is not in conflict with the Regulations herein described or has not been suspended or disqualified from competition by The Kennel Union of Southern Africa or any other FCI Recognised Canine Control Body 5. QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY a. Meisterschaft: Dogs qualified in IGP 3 before the closing date for entries in the Meisterschaft. b.IGP2: Dogs qualified in IGP2 or IGP1 c. IGP 1: Dogs qualified in BH or IGP1. Dogs are not allowed to enter in a lower grade than what they have already been qualified in CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY Each applicant for entering into this competition shall enclose with his entry form a photocopy of the Certificate or KUSA Workbook showing proof that his dog obtained the required qualifications, (after the closing date for entries of the previous Annual Event and before the closing date for entries of the current Annual Event ) . No late entries will be accepted and entries must be submitted on or prior to the closing date. Equipment to be Used ALL AS PER SCHED 5B 2(IGP) OF THE KUSA REGULATIONS Dumbbells - Timber of regulation weight Hurdle - Sizes as per rule book. Horizontal solid vinyl. A-frame - slatted timber, dimensions as per rule book. Rules · Any entrant found on the tracking grounds 2 weeks prior to the event will be disqualified. Any entrant found on the official trial field other than warmups will be disqualified · Competitors must report to the trial manager 30 minutes before their obedience and protection work times. · Please give yourself enough time to travel to the tracking grounds, as they will be out of town. Instructions and directions will be given at the draw. Microchip verification will be done at the completion of each discipline. | |||

| Bitches in season are permitted but the judge and trial manager must be notified and the exhibitor will follow instructions for draw and competing. N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date. | |||
