| * Handlers that have qualified for SAAC but are not eligible to compete at AWC or have not entered the AWC Trials for 2025 may enter to run this first AWC course as an additional warm-up round. These dogs will run first followed by the official AWC dogs in each height category. The cost per dog is R150 and the money raised will go directly to the AWC Team. | Bitches in season MAY compete but handlers must inform officials before the start of the show. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • Final Prize Giving will take place approximately 30 minutes after the final round. • The ABSA Karkloof Club has a fully licensed bar so no alcohol may be brought onto the premises and handlers are asked to support the facilities. • A list of accommodation in the area will be sent out at a later date. AWC: All entrants must submit their complete documentation package by Thursday 15 May 2025 and it must be 100% complete at least 24 hours before the commencement of the KUSA AWC Trials, otherwise they will not be eligible to compete and their deposit will be refunded in full. • The qualifiers for the KUSA AWC Team selection will be announced at the conclusion of the SA Agility Championships. However, the final KUSA AWC Team will only be announced 2 weeks after the completion of the AWC Trials. • Once the KUSA AWC Team has been announced, any subsequent withdrawal by any team member will be subject to a cancellation fee, as per Schedule 5(L) Appendix C. This cancellation fee will be determined by the AWCWG and will dependent on the timescales and costs incurred. • The ABSA Karkloof Club has a fully licensed bar so no alcohol may be brought onto the premises and handlers are asked to support the facilities. • A list of accommodation in the area will be sent out at a later date.
