| Bitches in season are allowed but due consideration by handlers to consider other dogs in the ring and surrounds N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date. Exhibit numbers will not be mailed. - Entries will be acknowledged in order of email received. - No unregistered dogs entry will be accepted. - Do not send payment for unregistered dogs. - status of the dog on closing date will apply and cannot be changed once captured. - No class changes may be made once submitted unless the dog is entered into an incorrect restricted class. - If no class has been specified the dog will be entered into the OPEN class. - If no sex has been specified on the entry form the dog will be entered as a DOG. - Only HARDCOPIES of pop and entry form will be accepted for clarification on the day. No cell phone entries will be accepted. - Please do not pay for or submit an entry for an unregistered dog as it will not be accepted and you will forfeit the fee. - No refunds will be considered due to any error or incorrect submission of entry form made by either Owner/Exhibitor, for any withdrawal of an entry once submitted. - No postal order/cheque payments. - *The committee reserves the right toappoint alternative judge/s if necessary - *All exhibitors/handlers are responsible for the control of their dogs at all times and shall be personally liable for any claims which may arise in respect of any injuries which may arise or be caused by their dogs. All dogs must be kept on leads at ALL times - *Bitches in season are allowed but due consideration by handlers to consider other dogs in the ring and surrounds - *The mating of bitches within the precincts of the show is forbidden - *Conditions attracting immediate disqualification are set out in Reg7&31 of Sched3 of the KUSA Constitution - *Puppies under 4 months of age are not eligible for exhibition nor are allowed on the grounds or precincts of the show. | |||
