| No Camping Permitted Benching will be permitted Friday 17th May 2024, provided the rings are set up. Emergency areas must be kept clear at all times. These areas will be demarcated with hazard tape and also indicated on the Ring Plan. No gazebos or benching allowed in emergency areas. Public catering will be provided at all Shows and events. N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date. | |||
