| Please inform your judges if you are competing in other classes / disciplines. All competitors must be in possession of a record card for the relevant discipline entered, these must be presented to the judge on the day of the show Bitches in season will not be allowed Please keep the fields free of “Doggy Dooâ€, Thank you for your consideration. No parking on the fields without prior consent of the show committee. Refreshments will be available from our Tuck Shop This is a licensed venue, and a full bar facility is available. NO ALCOHOL will be allowed to be brought onto the grounds. Dogs are not allowed on any other playing field / area except those of CHDC N.B POSTAL ENTRIES are no longer accepted, thus rendering the clause declaring “Entries postmarked on, or prior to the closing date will be accepted, provided they are received within five (5) days after the closing date†NULL and VOID. NO Entries will be accepted beyond the advertised closing date. | |||
